Scott is an RICS-qualified surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), with over 15 years of experience across the property and construction industry. Having personally surveyed over 1,000 properties throughout his career, he brings extensive practical knowledge and technical expertise to every instruction.

His professional experience spans residential housing, student accommodation and private consultancy, providing him with a broad understanding of building construction, property defects, maintenance, compliance and the issues that can affect buildings throughout their lifespan.

Alongside his surveying experience, Scott has managed multimillion-pound construction and property projects, working with contractors, consultants and clients to oversee complex building works, remedial programmes and technical requirements.

Scott is also a qualified Retrofit Coordinator and Building Safety Manager, with specialist knowledge of building safety, fire safety regulations, construction standards and regulatory compliance. This wider technical background enables him to assess properties with an understanding that extends beyond the visible condition of a building, recognising how construction, maintenance and safety considerations can affect a property over time.

As part of his professional commitments, Scott undertakes regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain and develop his knowledge, keeping up to date with changes in building regulations, industry standards, construction practices and emerging property-related risks.

Laura brings a complementary background, having spent much of her career working in banking and finance, alongside experience supporting the establishment and development of a surveying business.
